• The pulverizer includes a speed-regulating system, a grinding system with cutting blades and a built-in classifier wheel.
• Feed fineness can be changed by adjusting the classifier wheel speed and fine-tuned by adjusting the airflow.
• The feed rate regulator can adjust the speed to suit different materials.
• Compact structure, low noise, low temperature and more.
• The mesh fineness of ground material is very important in producing all kinds of aquatic feed. Feed with the desired fineness not only improves the feed conversion ratio but also reduces the amount of added starch, saving costs.

Higher Grinding Efficiency with the Pulverizer
The pulverizer is used as a secondary grinder in producing puffed fish feed, shrimp feed, eel feed and turtle feed. In extruded or pelleted aquatic feed production, it micronises the materials and improves final feed quality. So for aquatic feed, especially sizes under 2 mm, a pulverizer should be used. The machine consists of a grading system, a feeding system and a grinding system:
Grading system: A controllable classifying system with adjustable fineness that increases customer satisfaction.
Feeding system: An improved feeding system that gives a uniform feed flow and better feed quality.
Grinding system: An improved transmission system able to grind light materials such as soybean hulls.
The pulverizer has a sturdy structure equipped with a centrifugal air classifier. Its high-precision grinding system and uniform operation increase particle fineness and product uniformity by 30 percent. Its optimised design also allows airflow control, increasing machine efficiency by 30 percent. The pulverizer is fitted with a high-quality gear ring and cutter that improve performance, and it is adjustable.
The machine is fitted with wear-resistant alloy liner plates above the hammers, improving grinding efficiency and extending the service life of the pulverizer. With an improved matrix material and alloy plates and a sound layout of the plates within the matrix, wear-resistant liners can last 4,000 to 5,000 tons. Corrugated alloy plates installed in steps on the gear ring increase cutting edge length and improve grinding efficiency.
The pulverizer grinds to a fineness of 60 to 120 mesh, with a pulverising yield of 99 percent, 15 percent higher than similar types. The quality of the ground product is also high. With a screen diameter below 1.8, oil content below 8 percent and moisture below 10.5 percent, capacity at 80 mesh is 2 to 9 tons per hour.
At 90 mesh, capacity is 3 to 4.5 tons per hour.
At 100 mesh, capacity is 2.6 to 4 tons per hour.
Depending on the feed line design, in a pre-grinding system materials go through the hammer mill and primary mixing before the pulverizer, then on to secondary mixing. In a post-grinding system, materials first enter the primary mixer, then after the hammer mill go to the pulverizer, and finally on to secondary mixing.
