Zheng Chang mixers with exceptionally uniform mixing

Mixing is the way to achieve the nutrient ratios of a feed formulation. Through a defined physical movement over a set time, solid and liquid raw materials are placed in the mixer according to the formula and distributed evenly throughout. Mixing uniformity directly affects how fully the animal absorbs the nutrients in the feed. The keys to homogeneous mixing are choosing the right mixer, the mixing time and the correct way of feeding raw materials into the machine.

SDHJ single-shaft paddle mixer

Zheng Chang’s SDHJ single-shaft paddle mixer offers higher efficiency and lower noise. It has adjustable blades that ensure long service life and low residue. With more homogeneous mixing  (CV ≤ 2.5%), it is used to add various liquids.

Ribbon mixer model  SLHY

In the ribbon mixer model  Zheng Chang’s SLHY offers smooth mixing, high uniformity, short mixing time, fast discharge and low residue.  The double-direction spiral ribbon is made of high-quality alloy steel and has a ring cleaning device. Several atomising nozzles can be fitted for liquid addition.

Molasses mixer

When the molasses content of a feed exceeds a certain level, a special mixer is needed. High molasses levels can cause poor dispersion and high energy use because of high viscosity. A powerful, high-speed paddle molasses mixer can play a key role here.

Compressed-air atomising nozzles improve molasses atomisation. The special blade angle ensures mixing time and uniformity. The machine has two large doors that make cleaning the inner wall and adjusting the blades easier.

Vacuum coater mixer with blades

The bladed vacuum coating system is mainly used for extruded and pelleted feed to spray large amounts of liquid ingredients such as fat and fat-soluble vitamins.

It has special shaft-end sealing and effective vacuum operation, as well as several multi-directional sprayers that work well.  To ensure stability, stainless steel is used for parts in contact with the material. Coating is more precise and smoother, liquid inclusion levels can be increased, and the unique rotor and discharge door design reduces pellet breakage.
