1. Good plant layout design

A good layout is the first step towards a high-quality feed project. Plant location, environmental protection, safety monitoring design, process technology and the functional zoning of the plant must meet the requirements of the production process, fire protection, environmental protection and urban planning.

Gases from the grinding, cooling and drying sections must be cooled centrally and treated with activated carbon and UV photolysis to meet emission standards. To eliminate noise, sound insulation and vibration-damping materials should be used and silencers installed inside and outside fan ducts. Separation of rainwater, process water and domestic wastewater must be planned in advance with suitable settling tanks, from which the wastewater is then discharged.

High-precision scales are used for batching (mixing), and automatic oil addition, roller gap adjustment in pelleting, automatic moisture control and waste removal in the cooling section are all available.
