Packing Scale
The packing scale is a special equipment consisting of weighing packages device, programmable logic controller device and high-precision sensors which can show the weighing signals, to realize functions like bag folding, fast/slow inputting, self-testing of overshoot and packaging of different specifications of products. It is widely used in flow control and combination of packaging in feed, grain, harbor storage, cement, chemical, and construction industries.

Packaging Scale Design and Technology
● Widely used for flow control and rated packaging in many industries like feed, grain, port storage, cement, chemical industry, building materials and so on.
● With the special instrument for packing and weighing as the core and the logic combination of programmable logic controller, precise weight sensor is output to detect the weight signal to complete the functions of bag clamping, fast/slow feeding and so on, so as to realize the weight packaging of different specifications.
● Suitable feeding mechanism ensures the rapid flow of materials. All parameters are input by the panel. Automatic control of fast and slow feeding, bag clamping and bag loosing. ● Intelligent weighing instrument can display gross and net weights at the same time. ● Automatic tare-removing function, automatic tracking, automatic detection and correction of weighing errors. ● With the function of accumulative package number display, the whole system is equipped with dust suction outlet to improve the working environment. ● Data can be collected into the computer system, automatically counting the weight, package number, error of each finished product, and the data can be entered into ERP system.
