In many livestock and poultry feed mills capacity drops, sometimes to 50\u201360% of the standard level, because moisture and steam are not precisely adjusted, feed moisture is not controlled and the feeder frequency is not set accurately, causing high costs for the producer. A VFD-controlled fan drive controls fan speed and moisture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The built-in moisture sensor continuously checks the finished product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The moisture of the mash and the finished pellets is controlled automatically.
